2. Delivery Scheduling

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will schedule a delivery date and time. Deliveries are typically made same-day or within 1–3 business days, depending on availability.

Customers will be contacted prior to delivery to confirm a time window. Please ensure someone is available to receive the item during the scheduled time.

3. Delivery Requirements

Delivery includes drop-off to the first accessible area (e.g., garage, first-floor entry).
Installation, setup, or haul-away services may be available for an additional fee.
Please make sure the delivery path is clear and accessible.
Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability may incur a re-delivery fee.

4. Shipping Fees

Delivery fees vary depending on location and the size of the order. All fees will be clearly communicated prior to scheduling.

5. Customer Pickup

Customers are welcome to pick up their items from our store during business hours. Please bring a suitable vehicle and help for loading. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during customer transport.

6. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your item(s) at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage or issue, notify the delivery team immediately and contact us within 24 hours. Claims made after this period may not be honored.
